Liked: Location was nice. The style was good.
Disliked: The staff morale seemed horrible. The breakfast experience was very awkward, served by someone who clearly didn't want to be there. And I didn't realize I had to spend $25 for breakfast, and they said they were out of pastries at 6.30am?

Liked: The breakfast was good. Public transportation is convenient in dt LA. The room service was pretty good.
Disliked: the hot water system was broken during the 3-day stay, and there was no timely repair. There was no make-up for the inconvenience and the staff was not working hard to fix the problem. The refund of the deposit was really slow.
