Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was good. Public transportation is convenient in dt LA. The room service was pretty good.
Disliked: the hot water system was broken during the 3-day stay, and there was no timely repair. There was no make-up for the inconvenience and the staff was not working hard to fix the problem. The refund of the deposit was really slow.

Disliked: -I heard all sounds around the room, also I heard homeless loudly sounds at the night , I couldn’t sleep because of the noise.-the motion sensor on the room cuts the electricity off every 15 minutes.

Disliked: No hot water in the shower for the entire week, and hotel did not offer any compensation to make up for this. Extra resort fee each day which wasn’t noted on booking website. Location was extremely loud throughout the entire night.
