Liked: Front desk workers were great, fast check in and out.
Disliked: Room was adequate but did not live up to the hype or for a Marriott brand. Breakfast was not included with the room even though we paid over $500 for two nights. Parking was inadequate, businesses on both sides so you could not use their parking lots.

Loved the atmosphere and room...

Liked: Wonderful atmosphere, loved the mid-century modern vibe, room was spacious, comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff
Disliked: Housekeeping needs improvement. When we did need a service like extra towels, toilet paper, etc, the staff at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating.

Comfortable, cool and stylish remodelled...

Liked: Modern and stylish remodel of an old motel with a cool vintage / 60s twist. The rooms are very comfortable, the included breakfast was delicious, motel-style parking right in front of the room was great and the property is just across from Margaritaville, so ideally located. The staff were super friendly.Rooms were a bit on the expensive side, although well within range for Pigeon Forge (maybe even a little cheaper than comparable hotels in the area).

Disliked: i was never told or aware that when booking thru a 3rd party you have to pay a $100 security deposit when checking in and then also when we checked out they charged our card again for $135 on top of the security deposit and on top of paying the 235 for one night that did not include any breakfast! the pool and hot tub area close at 10 so we weren’t able to enjoy any of the amenities!
