Liked: It was better than I expected. Location, clean, the terrace, front desk .. all was great

Liked: If you want to stay close to the beach and downtown, it's good.
Disliked: They didn't offer me a clean room. I saw female hair on my bedsheet. However, I checked in after 2 pm. Also, the bathroom was not clean enough. If you want to stay in a hotel, not a hostel, I recommend staying in a better hotel. This hotel is worthless to stay in if you compare your costs.

Very good location. Quiet. Helpful...
Liked: Walkable distance to Condado beach and Santurce Art street. Near bus stops to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Many restaurants around there. Nice rooftop sitting area with a jacuzzi. Super helpful staff.
Disliked: The aircon was hard to adjust. We were a bit too cold.

A very disappointing stay due...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and in unacceptable condition.The cleanliness was lacking, and the overall hygiene of the property was subpar. It did not meet basic standards of comfort or sanitation.
