Disappointing and overpriced for what...

Liked: We stayed 2 night. Front counter staff were always super nice. Location is awesome. Beds were comfy. Rooftop area is also very cool. It has a "hot tub" on the roof too, which could be nice on chilly nights in the city. The bar isn't open and they do not serve breakfast anymore(which is supposed to be included).
Disliked: The only lamp in the room was across the room from the beds-and no other light in the room. The lamp also had no switch on it, it was broken off. So, to turn off the light, you have to unplug it or unscrew the bulb. Kida weird for a hotel that cost $170/night. The shower had little hairs on the walls. The floor had other hair too. I picked the hotel for the location while staying in San Juan for surgery, so I really wanted it to be super clean, so that part was disappointing. The windows were moldy on the outside and the paint was peeling or scratched off in some places on the walls inside. I understand the hotel is about to undergo some major renovations but...a few details would be nice to attend to. A continental breakfast was supposed to be included...but wasn't. Not my favorite place to stay while in San Juan.

Disliked: The room was too cold. I could not adjust air condition.

Poor

Liked: Close to the main Ave in Condado and close to the condado and Isla Verde beaches
Disliked: No parking, no restaurants, rooftop closed, long wait to check in.

Very good

Easy access to everything.

Liked: Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and bar and walk in distance to convenient stores and La Placita is 5 mins in an Uber.
Disliked: Rooftop bar wasn’t in operation during stay time.

Liked: No breakfast, no store, the room was nasty, the money paid for the stay wasnt worthy
Disliked: Lower the price per night , the rooms need more amenities and bigger space
