Disappointing

Liked: Had already booked and paid for the 2 nights but on arrival had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Also charged again for the 2 nights and thankfully was reimbursed. The service from staff on Sunday, my 60th birthday meal, was poor and had to go up to the bar staff, twice, to order desserts and drinks.

Great stay at one of...

Liked: Great food, great location, great room, great value for money. On a sunny day, having lunch in the outdoor area overlooking Arran is a a lovely experience.
Disliked: TV in the room had to be fixed as it wasn’t working, also the kettle. Both repaired. The staff seemed stretched at times although this was probably the first busy weekend of the season.

Liked: The room was beautiful and very spacious and a great sea view with balcony.Check in was very welcoming and the meal in the restaurant was delicious aswell as the breakfast.Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Disliked: Room was very warm and with the road just outside the window couldn't be opened due to the passing traffic
