World class experience

Liked: The waters is world class. One of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. On a Long Beach with awesome views. The service was amazing. Rob and his family were very helpful and provided everything to complement the stay. Room was beautiful and comfortable. We hated to leave

Nice but ultimately disappointing, promise...

Disliked: Interconnecting room meant absolutely everything could be heard in next room, ruined tbe experience for us and definately not worth tbe near $600 . Also for somewhere saying luxury and 5star there were no little touches like a bottle of wine ( it said it was a working vinyard!) ive stayed in places for a lot less who have done way more

The water is an excellent...

Liked: The breakfast was a lovely well prepared and appetizing combination of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, and beverages. there’s an amazing view of the ocean from the room that is constantly changing with the weather and transitive the sun. The host were friendly, efficient and inconspicuous.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like

Though overbooked, the host solved...

Liked: Great view and pool!
Disliked: We didn’t get the room, we had booked. The place was Overbooked. Great disappointment! We were offered another room 400m higher up. The view was much better and there was a great pool. BUT the room was average, isolated, the bed a small queen compared to the Waters. They charged same price.

Idilic getaway in the incredible...

Liked: Everything was incredible. Room, Location, surroundings, Staff. I loved all the wildlife, the birds, the rabbits that you can see everywhere surrounding the property. Absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: nothing. Perfect.
