Great location offering spacious clean...

Liked: If you are looking for a quiet location, quite rural, great breakfast, clean comfortable rooms and good fresh cooked evening meals, then The Waterman’s would be a good choice. There is free car parking and you are about 3 miles from Totnes town centre. Lovely hosts and the Sunday roast is well worth considering.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff, traditional pub with open fire, plenty of car parking.
Disliked: The room didn't have much soundproofing.The full English breakfast was disappointing.
