Disliked: The plate stank of cooking smell

Liked: Good price. Clean. Staff were nice.
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable (quite springy) which is fine for the price and couple nights use. Shower was quite outdated.

Overnight stay after a works...

Liked: Ideal for wanted, price is appropriate to my needs.
Disliked: Nothing !!!

Good location and Parking

Liked: clean bedding...plenty parking that felt secure...secure access to the building.
Disliked: shower was sparse...the nozzle had about 6 jets of water.

Rubbish

Liked: Arriving and getting into room.
Disliked: Very cold room and cold water on arrival. Was told the hot water boost would be applied so went out to eat while I waited. Would have prefered a shower first though. When back in the room the water was still cold. Next morning, again water was still cold so once again no shower. This is not acceptable. I understand there was a group there but the system should be designed to cope with this. Also, the group of youngsters were in and out of their rooms until after three in the morning. I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel/staff but if this is what the place encourages then no more for me.Incidently, I did ask for a refund for the second night which I refused to stay, but does not look like I am going to get one.
