Friendly staff, nice room

Liked: Central location. Room with a view. Nice room. Great facilities on site. Nice fireplace at the entrance.
Disliked: Main window blind was worn. Large soaker tub needs caulking replaced along the wall. Not clear where to get breakfast or whether it was included.

Liked: Staff was helpful and lovely even though booking.com reservation was unavailable upon first check in. Room was nothing to write home about considering the price. The indoor hot tub was out of service as was the sauna. Disappointed in the “amenities” advertised but were not available upon our stay and were not notified of this during the reservation time. Lack of towels at the pool and generally just a “meh” stay considering the cost.

Liked: Nice pool, staff was pleasant.
Disliked: No continental breakfast included as with most hotels. The room that was booked online was not the room we got. The jets in the jacuzzi tub looked dirty.

Liked: Good location for traveling and close to other amenities.
Disliked: Dated.

Liked: The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The bar/restaurant being connected was also very nice.
Disliked: The hot tub and sauna were closed . So only having a pool was disappointing. But then the attendant would not allow pool toys and diving toys, jumping, or splashing. So the attendant is the reason we will never book here again. Kids do not just stay in place in a pool. I understand no diving, but jumping and toys should be allowed.
