Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Staff was very, very rude. While checking in we were treated terribly. The cleaning staff would tell our children that they were not allowed anywhere but their rooms, while they were walking to their friends room on a different floor during the day. No microwaves in rooms, I will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The hot tubs were closed for repairs. It was very disappointing as it was the biggest reason for staying there. There was peeling wall paper in the room, looks like it could be updated. As for location, very little is open in the area for restaurants except fast food on Sundays

Liked: Staff was amazing. Nice. Efficient. Liked the hotel location, atmosphere and restaurant.
Disliked: It needs a lot of maintenance. The elevator rarely worked and when it did, it was scary. The doors around back were out of order. The sauna was out of order. The rugs are mismatched in hallways. The flooring in stairs is super outdated. Rooms were very tiny. Including the bathroom. For 2 adults and 2 kids, there was not enough roomNot enough parking-was told use at own risk parking in the back. But the doors don’t work so you have to walk around building.
