Brutal. Will never stay again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hot tub was out of order and we were not aware of that until we went to go in. I brought that to staff attention and the receptionist was rude. They offered 5 dollars off breakfast in exchange. Unacceptable considering I just had arm surgery not too long ago and the whole purpose of our visit was to relax in the hot tub. Terrible service. Will never stay there again.

Friendly staff and good value

Liked: The indoor hot tub was closed when we visited, and the carpet/decor throughout was a bit dated. However, the staff was very friendly, the location suited our needs, and the price was a good value.
Disliked: The hotel could use some updating. The bathrooms were very tiny and could only be used by one person at a time.

Liked: Outdoor hot tub and sauna were delightful
Disliked: No shelf for shampoo in the shower

Friendly staff, nice room

Liked: Central location. Room with a view. Nice room. Great facilities on site. Nice fireplace at the entrance.
Disliked: Main window blind was worn. Large soaker tub needs caulking replaced along the wall. Not clear where to get breakfast or whether it was included.
