Was a bit worried from...

Liked: Location was great, clean and tidy
Disliked: No facilities in the room - ie, coffee/Tea making etc

If you need a hotel...

Liked: Great location, close to the subway, the memorial, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The price-to-quality ratio was quite surprising. Accommodation in New York is generally quite expensive, but for $250 a night, you expect at least a minimum level of comfort.

Liked: OK room, great location, not much else to say.
Disliked: Wifi was a little spotty.

Good for a weekend getaway.

Liked: The location is unbeatable. The design of the rooms is basic with a clean look. The bed was confortable with an small fridge. The JBL alarm clock had Bluetooth. The room was very clean.
Disliked: A coffee maker or water boiler would improve the guests experience, also a place to refill water bottles. the toiletries, like shower gel or hands lotion, were not replaced when the room was cleaned.

Liked: Location was great, close to Brooklyn bridge, room was a good size
Disliked: We didn’t have towels when we first arrived, so had to request some & all of the clocks were incorrect, so the tv thought it was the day before so couldn’t watch sports & the alarm clock was set to July & was like 8 hours off, it was really weird, just a bit annoying
