Disappointing to say the least.
Liked: The location was this hotel’s only saving grace, aside from the view of WTC plaza, which will soon be obliterated by a new WTC tower directly opposite.
Disliked: Firstly, let’s talk about the elevators; there are 3 public elevators from ground floor lobby to reception, then 3 customer elevators to reach the 30+ floors. Only 1 of each ever work, and they frequently broke down whilst we were there.The hotel furnishings and decor are dated, tatty, and inexpertly installed, giving a feeling that there is a lack of care taken in maintaining the standards of this establishment.Finally, our booking promised that breakfast was included. This is not true, as the restaurant/bar within the building is no longer affiliated with the hotel. This added an additional $80-100 to our stay EACH DAY.To sum it up, The Washington markets (and prices) as a premium hotel with a budget offering. There are far better options nearby that cost far less. Deeply disappointed by this experience.

Fell short of expectations
Liked: The location and view is very Nice!
Disliked: The elevator situation during my stay was highly inconvenient. With the main elevators out of service, all guests were forced to rely on a single service elevator. This resulted in excessive wait times of 15 to 20 minutes, which was frustrating and disruptive.To make matters worse, on my last day, an employee was extremely rude when I needed to use the elevator to access my floor. I politely explained that, given the circumstances, I had no other option. However, the employee complained that I was delaying his work, which I found unprofessional.Considering these issues, I do not believe the price I paid for my stay was justified. Functional elevators are a basic expectation in any hotel, and failing to meet this standard significantly impacted the overall experience. I strongly recommend addressing these problems to ensure future guests have a better stay.

Nice location, great design, but...
Liked: Modern design, comfortable king size bed, comfortable location.
Disliked: Although it's really new, it needs already renovation: the bed sheets were worn out with wholes, tools are fixed with tape, elevator roof fixed with tape, walls dirty. Did not expect this.

Great location and specious clean...
Liked: Great location in financial district and the corner room is really spacious and comfortable with great views
Disliked: The hotel charges to leave your bags with them on day of departure which seems unreasonable given this is a standard included service at most hotels

Disliked: Shower door broken. Moquette dirty, it needs to be replaced or sanitised! The whole hotel is very dark. It should be classified as 2 stars hotel and not 4!!
