Clean and friendly place.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The baseboard heater was a welcome relief from hotel heaters blowing air on and off all night long.
Disliked: Black out curtains are needed behind the regular draperies as the parking lot was very well lit. Tighter doors or weather stripping in the door frame would be helpful. When one door in the hallway closes normally, the rest of the doors wiggle and make a lot of noise.Another blanket would have been nice so that we could have kept the thermostat lower.

Liked: They called us to see about what time we'd be there and to know when lobby would close. Had a 16hr drive and multiple stops so it was hard to predict arrival. Host was nice, I asked for a tooth brush since my buddy forgot his. Gave us one and a free appetizer at the restaurant next door. They stayed open a little extra so we could get some supper.
Disliked: Hallway had construction materials and toilet would run on and off intermittently. No real issue

Liked: By using Booking.com there was some confusion checking in with my credit card not matching the one of file. Later I discovered that Booking.com uses a different credit card reference than the one I first gave for the booking. (This is the negative). Flexible check out time and heads up morning staffing cleared it up. The microwave was on the fritz.
Disliked: see above for mixed review
