Liked: Whole experience while at hotel was faultless
Disliked: The taxi partners which you use i think called 888 888 or something, we asked reception to call a cab, we travelled only 6miles which took 10min if that and the driver charged us £15. No taxi meter or anything. We paid without question as his English was sketchy at best. Between me and my mrs we spent £99 at the Indian restaurant Saffron Gold so it wasnt about money more about lack of transparency.

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed there for 3 nights and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a toddler and a baby and the staff were very supportive with us. We would definitely go again. Excellent service and stay.

Recommended for relaxing time away,...

Liked: Wonderful facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi etc).High quality bedroom and shower room.Beautiful golf course/grounds.Pleasant reception staff.Nice atmosphere.Excellent location.
Disliked: Restaurant room very cold temperature, small portions for price. Make sure that if you are a hotel guest, ask for the 10% discount, otherwise you will be charged full price.View of scaffolding from bedroom, although this is only temporary, so minor issue.

Liked: It was in a great location for us to meet and had lots to do nearby.
Disliked: There was scaffolding up which we had not been told out and my room (no.14) faced another building (brick wall) and had metal cages stored outside it. There was no natural light and the window could only open a small amount.

Comfortable night stay and breakfast...

Liked: Location is great, rooms are quiet and spacious
Disliked: Lacking in some toilet facilities such as shampoo and toothpaste
