We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Liked: Staff other than front desk helpful and friendly. Location off hotel terrific. I'd recommend and return.
Disliked: Front desk staff Friday afternoon rude to begin with then less than appropriate after she sent my friend to an occupied room. Wanted her to wait in check-in line again and hardly apologetic. She should have done triple back flips and was grumpy instead.

Disliked: The bed was hard and you could hear everything inside and outside the hotel. We even turned the fan on the AC unit for white noise, but you could hear every door close even when it was gently closed. You could hear every car horn seriously Philly-what's up with all the horn blowing???

Disliked: I am writing to request a full refund for my stay at the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia on March 1st. I was advised that I need to reach out to you to process this request.Upon arrival at 4:15 pm to check in, I was informed that there was no room available and that I would need to wait an hour. Given that I had an event to attend later, I waited for the hour. However, when I returned to inquire about the status of my room, the front desk staff still could not provide an estimated time of availability. They then offered me a King Suite, which I accepted due to the uncertainty regarding when my original room would be ready.Upon entering the suite, I discovered there were no towels in the room, and the phone was not working. At checkout, I noticed I had been charged twice for incidentals. Given the series of issues I faced — including the delay in room availability, substandard room conditions, and the overcharge for incidentals — I feel that my stay was far from what was expected for the amount I paid.I am requesting a full refund for this stay due to the poor experience. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
