We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Liked: Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff. Great location.
Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

After huge hiccups with check...
Liked: Hotel location good. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Absolutely no reason to wait in line to check in for over a hour and a half. Holiday weekend and a playoff football game in town and only one employee from hotel to check in a most of your guests. Inexcusable!

Disappointing
Liked: We waited 1.5 hours at check-in. Huge queue at reception and only one staff member at the counter. She was calm and no other person was requested.

Disliked: Literally everything….50 people in line to check in due to lack of staff, therefore could not check in (people were waiting for 1-2 hours and we had dinner and a show), had to get dressed for the night in the lobby bathroom and check our bags, charged $50 for parking when we had to wait 45 minutes to even get into the hotel parking lot, no shower curtain in the shower therefore the bathroom flooded, smoke alarm randomly went off when trying to go to sleep. Absolutely awful hotel.

Liked: The room was clean. The hotel is in a great downtown location.
Disliked: For some reason, the AC didn’t work well and it was always cold. the parking fee at night is very high. I found a nearby parking lot for $32, but the hotel charged $50.

Although we liked the location...
Liked: Location, location, location. Room size was great. Bed was great.
Disliked: The room and hallway need updates or just freshen them up. Hallway carpet was fraying Furniture in the room was shabby, too. Knicks on furniture, leather peeling. It looks old. Bathroom sink legs and shelving were rusted. Wallpaper was starting to peel.

NO warm water, phone not...
Liked: Great location and comfy beds
Disliked: Our room had tons of problems main one was no hot water at all for a day and half. We checked in on Friday and Saturday morning we went downstairs to report that we had no hot/warm water what so ever. Water was ICE COLD and they stated they would send a technician however it was 4pm now and still no water and then resent a technician and finally had hot water saturday night to be able to shower. For the cost and hotel not having water to shower, along with heater not working for a little while, phone in room not working ( and still never worked during our whole stay) and the toilet making the loudest draining and shrieking sounds every hour in the middle of the night to where it wakes you up, seems like a lot of problems. I told the staff of all of these issues and they recommended I should get compensated and a manager should call me within 24 hours and I have never received a call from management to make this right and that is what I am MOST upset about. I would of never left a bad review if management would of called me. Also a pretty low maintenance individual asking for water to be able to shower isnt too much considering we were staying at the warwick and the other issues in our room were not a big deal but when you add all these things up together you can see how it can start getting annoying. Pretty disappointed with the management overall. We checked out Monday and it is now Thursday and still no call!
