We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Liked: The common spaces are beautiful and the venue is centrally located. It’s convenient to have a garage for our car.
Disliked: There was a used water bottle in our room when we arrived. We were missing soap for the shower. At one point an employee tried to enter our room while we were resting. When we unlocked the door and questioned her all she said was service. However we did not order or request anything. We’ve stayed there before and had a great experience so I’m hopeful that this was a rare occurrence and not a trend.

Disliked: The recent renovation didn't seem to include the room. Mine was extremely dark, noisy and not very comfortable.
