Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Cosy rooms and a great breakfast. Walking distance to Warwick Castle and town centre.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Charming hotel!

Liked: It’s a charming place centrally located in town. It’s easy walking distance to Ronnie’s Bar and Warwick Castle! The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The bathroom is tiny.

Very disappointing and flatters to...

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: The first room we took the shower didn’t work. We moved to another which was freezing. The shower worked but was of an exceptional poor quality. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had. It came out missing items requested and when the plate was fully stocked the poached egg was hard boiled, and the other items equally over cooked and not fresh. Very poor. Other guests suffered the same fate too on their plate.
