The young men at the front desk, who greeted me, were fabulous, professional but fun. They were interested in the reason for my stay, felt like family. The room was so clean and comfortable, very quiet. I will return, it was such a great part of my trip.

Liked: From the moment I was greeted to the time I left I felt like I was the most important guest in this hotel. Everyone was kind and considerate; the room exactly what I needed. Clean, no nasty smells, felt like being at home. The parking garage was convenient, I could leave my car parked for the duration of my stay.
Disliked: That I cannot afford to live here. It was all great!

Parking is an issue - don't bring your big trucks as you will not get into the garage Parking. Thank goodness we brought our car. For the price of the room, they should cover our Parking fee.

Liked: Location to the center of the square, for the concert. Walking distance.
Disliked: Parking - had to pay $20 and change for parking across the road. Not easy to unload your items.

Disliked: No laundry bag in the room, no shower cap or small amenities, the curtains were dirty, it was very loud at night and could hear everything outside at night and the rooms were very cold.

Liked: It was so fancy, the location for the event we were going to was perfect, it was quiet and the staff were so polite and welcoming.
Disliked: Literally nothing. There wasnt a single thing that i didnt like.

Disliked: Unclear as where to park. Dodgy neighbourhood, concerned re security of our vehicle.Room cold on arrival...had to ask for space heater.Rooms offer few comforts...very spare. Paperless concept may be trendy, but does not present amenities...guest must seek them out.Street noise a problem, even on 4th floor. Disturbed sleep. A deal breaker.Breakfast offered no fruit. Had to ask for salt and pepper. Coffee WAY too strong. Limited breakfast choices. Had to ask for jam for toast, but jam provided was WAY past shelf life.Not up to Hyatt standards. Poor value for premium price paid.
