The young men at the front desk, who greeted me, were fabulous, professional but fun. They were interested in the reason for my stay, felt like family. The room was so clean and comfortable, very quiet. I will return, it was such a great part of my trip.

Liked: From the moment I was greeted to the time I left I felt like I was the most important guest in this hotel. Everyone was kind and considerate; the room exactly what I needed. Clean, no nasty smells, felt like being at home. The parking garage was convenient, I could leave my car parked for the duration of my stay.
Disliked: That I cannot afford to live here. It was all great!

Parking is an issue - don't bring your big trucks as you will not get into the garage Parking. Thank goodness we brought our car. For the price of the room, they should cover our Parking fee.

Liked: Location to the center of the square, for the concert. Walking distance.
Disliked: Parking - had to pay $20 and change for parking across the road. Not easy to unload your items.

Lovely boutique hotel with safe...

Liked: The staff was very helpful, especially on the night we arrived with 5 pcs of luggage and a sleepy child. The reception on duty actually volunteered to bring up our luggage since our child fell asleep and we were unable fo move all the luggage ourselves.
Disliked: Soundproofing could be improved on. We could hear music from the bar :)

Liked: beautifully decorated and well kept. The staff were an absolute pleasure! Very helpful and friendly. You don't see that anymore so this was awesome! Loved the decor in the rooms and the bed was super comfortable!
Disliked: The parking was a bit confusing. The enter and exit gates wouldn't open every time we left or came back although it was validated through the hotel. We had to call the parking garage multiple times to enter or exit which became frustrating for us. The only other thing I would say is that the bathroom fan/ceiling was rusty looking and could use a coat of paint. It didn't take away from our stay though.

Disliked: I wish they had better blinds. The street lights are very bright and the blinds do not cover the entire window, meaning there’s a lot of light coming in at night.
