Liked: Excellent location close to subway and plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Close to the park and museums. Clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.
Disliked: Nothing

Hidden UWS Gem

Liked: Fantastic hotel on a quiet UWS block. Close to lots of restaurants and markets. Easy access to the subway. Beautiful lobby bar with live music every Weds- Sunday. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our one bedroom suite felt quite spacious for a family of four. My only constructive feedback is blackout shades would be a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

UWS gem hidden away on...

Liked: Stayed in a Queen room that was well-appointed and much larger than similar rooms in other nearby hotels. Only issue was slightly noisy plumbing. Loved the bar and free fries at happy hour!!

Beautiful comfortable and chic hotel...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The team at The Wallace were kind and welcoming.
Disliked: The only thing we missed was having the option of room service for food and a restaurant on site.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Spacious room. Great location. Lovely and cool lounge area. We were upgraded (without asking or without any complaints on our part) when we were assigned a room that had not yet been cleaned. It was very much appreciated as we were a family of 4 with a daughter on crutches!
