Liked: Having spent 14 nights at this hotel, I feel qualified to offer honest and objective feedback. 1. The hotel is located in a relatively safe area of Manhattan, with convenient and secure transportation options and a pleasant surrounding environment. 2. The overall cleanliness and comfort are commendable; the design of the rooms and public areas is simple yet striking, which I would endorse as a designer. 3. Generally, the doormen are friendly and courteous, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and making them feel at home during their stay.
Disliked: After a two-week stay, I have several firsthand experiences to share that could help improve your hotel. 1. While the daily room cleaning generally met a satisfactory standard, there were a few days when the towels had stains, and a large clump of hair (not mine, based on the color) was left in the bathroom. I reported this to the front desk at check-out, and although they assured me that staff would pay more attention to these issues, I did not receive any form of compensation. This is disappointing for guests staying for an extended period. 2. The heating unit in the room was quite noisy, particularly at midnight and in the early morning, which disturbed my sleep. 3. The elevator system frequently struggled to read the room key card properly. I recommend updating the sensing technology. 4. After my two-week stay, I was somewhat disappointed not to receive any additional courtesy gift or a simple thank-you deal from the hotel. This has led me to consider other hotels in the neighborhood with similar quality for my next work trip to New York. Overall, it was still a decent option for a short sightseeing trip in NYC.

Liked: Stunning modern rooms with lots of space, living area etc. Super clean, super comfortable. Cosy and hip lounge. Friendly staff. What’s not to love? Will be back for sure.

AMAZING

Liked: Wide, bright and full of comforts room with an amazing view on 'the never sleeping' New York. Indeed many lights up from small windows all around during the night for a wonderful 'panorama'... A lively night brightened up by the top Wallace lounge bar with excellent live music by great artists and a very kind and available service and personnel both at the door and inside in the lounge (a special mention to Angie <3) TOP HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Liked: Spacious and modern room in a quiet neighbourhood close to metro station. Staff was very friendly. Great lounge bar downstairs to relax and have a cocktail & a bite after a busy day. We loved everything about this hotel and would come back.
Disliked: Expensive yet not uncommon for NY.

The Wallace hotel was Wonderful

Liked: The hotel was fantastic. Great Location. Amazing staff. Lovely well appointed room. Arranged at short notice after a very late cancellation of Booking.com arranged accommodation!!! (We arranged alternative with NO specific help from Booking.com I'll address that elsewhere as NOTHING to do with the Wallace).We'd go back to the Hotel with any further trip to NYCWonderful
Disliked: We liked everything about the Wallace Hotel We didnt like Booking.com cancellation of our long arranged previous accommodation. Actually while we were on the plane to New York We also didnt like Booking.coms complete lack of help or contact arranging an alternative.
