If you want to know...

Liked: It was perfect for a family of 4 with two teens looking for extra space. We also wanted to be sure we had total comfort, knowing we would be walking great distances every day and doing so much. Everyday the brilliant housekeeping team did it all and when we returned we just relaxed and slept well in the to quality bedding. Showers were hot and wonderful.
Disliked: We would have loved proper mugs or crockery rather than paper ones. But that’s it. Everything else we loved.

Disliked: The one thing that spoiled our stay was the constant noise from a construction site next door. It was really unbearableBesides, in our bedroom, the night light in the bed area directly from above is too bright and not practical, whereas the lamps that hang over the night table are useless.

The best stay

Liked: The hotel was amazing and the staff were so friendly. We booked New York for my 30th birthday and staying at this hotel made it really special. The staff helped my partner arrange flowers and balloons on the day of my birthday and this was really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean and had really good facilities, we really couldn’t list anything that we didn’t like or we think could be improved. We have recommended The Wallace to my brother in law and his wife and they have booked for later in the year. Thank you to all the staff at the Wallace for making my 30th birthday and our New York trip so special!

Liked: Great location in a clean, safe part of Manhattan (Upper West Side). Big room, clean, plenty of places for clothing etc.
