When we go back to...

Liked: Was very clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the only negative I can think of was construction noise that started around 7 AM

Nice but not great

Liked: The staff was kind and very professional.
Disliked: The bed faces the door so you have the light from the hallway shining through throughout the night, we did not get a good night sleep. There was also a very strong cleaning agent smell in the room, which was very disturbing. The room was quite dark as well.

Very welcoming staff and clean,...

Liked: We visited Manhattan with my son as he was auditioning for his Master's degree at a local conservatory. The staff was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Lots of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, good location, outstanding...

Liked: This was my second stay at the Wallace, and once again I was thoroughly impressed with my hotel room, the downstairs bar, the excellent location, and the caring staff.
