Liked: Good staff, lady on the reception was very kind and useful, quite location, clean room

Overall, it’s ok. It served...

Liked: Hotel was ok for a few days. It’s a little dated and dark. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but the location of the breakfast room made me feel like I was sitting in the reception. I would recommend this hotel, it has everything you need. It just needs updating
Disliked: Little dated and dark. . The WiFi is very slow. Did not like location of breakfast area. Check out is way too early

Liked: Friendly staff, cute European-style hotel eith waffles and delicious pastries for breakfast! Location was great for Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown etc.

A pleasant surprise

Liked: Location, room size and quality - overall surprising gem in the financial district.
Disliked: Free breakfast was poor - add fruit and allow people to bring food to their room, it is common practice these days.
