Liked: Very cozy bed, excellent location, nicely furnished, clean, and spacious room
Disliked: Quite expensive compared to a property of the same standard in Germany.I would have liked a spa.

Good start to our holidays...

Liked: I loved the restaurant; the food was exceptional. The location was also great, it was a minute walk away from the mall and key sites. We needed to order pizza for the kids and had challenges using our phone and the receptionist offered to do it including accepting the pizzas when they arrived and delivering to the kids in their room. Hotel was clean and comfortable, it didn't feel like we were in the middle of Wall street.

Disliked: My husband was charged £50 for a whiskey in the hotel bar.

Disliked: First night shower water temp was scalding. It was fixed the following day. Doormen didn’t open the doors consistently.
