One from the best hotels...

Liked: I've been travelling with my kid and during the busy holiday time we've got an upgrade of the room , which was absolutely stunning. All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed . It was my first trip to NY and there is no reason to choose any other hotel next time. An extra thanks to Sara! Thank you so much for this experience.
Disliked: Nothing and honestly don't understand the negative comments.

Superb

Great rooms - Unhealpful staff.

Liked: Lovely rooms, very large and great amenities.
Disliked: Awful staff who are no help at all. Double charged a debit card on check-in, but didn’t rectify the issue. Having to now wait 30 days for the account to be debited.

Elegant hotel in a central...

Liked: Very cozy bed, excellent location, nicely furnished, clean, and spacious room
Disliked: Quite expensive compared to a property of the same standard in Germany.I would have liked a spa.

Good start to our holidays...

Liked: I loved the restaurant; the food was exceptional. The location was also great, it was a minute walk away from the mall and key sites. We needed to order pizza for the kids and had challenges using our phone and the receptionist offered to do it including accepting the pizzas when they arrived and delivering to the kids in their room. Hotel was clean and comfortable, it didn't feel like we were in the middle of Wall street.
