Enjoyed my stay once again!

Liked: The hotel wasn't that far from West Kensington underground. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived. My single room was on the lower ground floor with private bathroom and a very comfy bed which I slept well in. I was asked if I wanted breakfast but I had to decline as I knew I was leaving early for work. I certainly will be staying again.

Fine for a few days.

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Close to subway.
Disliked: Room was very small, not much space to move around and for suitcases. Had to crawl over the bed.

Disappointing

Disliked: AC needs renovation. Heating is through AC - It is too loud and goes on non-stop all night.

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Rooms were unclean and many parts of the room damaged. Bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. Iron wasn’t in the room and I had to help myself to one from the reception storage room (not what was advertised). Rooms were also smaller than what is seen on the pictures on the booking.

Never again!

Liked: If I had to choose one thing it’s the location was so so…
Disliked: The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, the heat didn’t work so it was unbearably cold, the receptionist was rude, the room (g7) was right next to the stairs and the were doors slamming throughout the entire night, etc.

Central, comfy, clean and compact...

Liked: Central, clean, small but everything you need! Staff great. Cleaners great. Held our bags for us after check out.
Disliked: No seating/lounge. Would have liked 30 mins just to figure out where to go, but not a big deal

Convenient and a great place...

Liked: Local for a gig I was attending on Hammersmith
Disliked: No hassles but should offer a hot breakfast if possible. My room was TINY and could’ve been a very cramped experience if I wasn’t a small guy!
