Liked: Nice hotel for the money
Disliked: We had a top floor room which was up 65 steep stairs and being in our late 50s was a real struggle. Also our room had something on the roof (possibly ac unit) which burred loudly constantly. We were offered to change the following day to a lower room but was no point as only a 2 night stay. Night staff were excellent !

Liked: Lovely room, plenty of space, everything you need. Well located and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Leaving your bag after your stay was allowed but there was no security door and anyone could just walk in and take it, no system to checking bags or locking

Okay for a 1 night...

Liked: The staff were friendly, room was clean and the shower was brilliant.
Disliked: The room was quite shabby. The carpets were all fraying at the edges with some rips, issues with the wall paper and small cracks in the walls/ceiling. The room was very cold. There was also a spare oil heater in there (with a broken leg). Eventually with the central fan heating and oil heater it did warm up.
