Liked: Did not have breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was very hard. Pillows were to hard and plump. Woke up with a back and neck ache.

Great location

Liked: The location of the property is perfection but for the price I expected it to be much more updated inside. Sinks and showers from the 70s are just not what I expect at this price point. Nonetheless, the restaurant and bar or beautiful and the staff was wonderful and the location is perfect. Just needs a few updates inside the room.
Disliked: Needs serious updates inside the room

Liked: Nothing. Our room was terrible.
Disliked: The room was too small. Super tiny. Only 2 of us. but we were always in each others way. I had to call the desk for maintenance from my own phone because there wasn't a phone in the room! Too few outlets and half didn't work. Maintenance came and said we had to 'jiggle the plug' and said he reset the breaker. I can't believe he told us we need to 'jiggle' it and mess with the cords and outlets. (Which didn't work anyway). This room is not safe, nor should it be rented to guests. Hours later the same outlets didn't work again. This is important as my husband has a sleep apnea device that has to be plugged in. Also needs to plug in hearing aids to charge. In addition we have phones needing outlets, laptops, etc. that we needed for remote work. The one outlet in the dark bathroom didn't work and the hair dryer is connected to the wall at that outlet. I couldn't use my curling iron in front of a mirror because outlets near a mirror didn't work. We were there for a wedding weekend and getting ready with the outlet problems & extremely tiny room made it stressful. There is no light in the entryway and the bathroom only has one very dim light. The full length mirror is behind the hanging clothes. If you have clothes hanging, it's not usable. To top it off, when I called the desk for maintenance FROM MY OWN PHONE I asked if we could change rooms. He said there weren't any clean rooms to change to. Interesting as we had friends arrive that morning and they were allowed to check in early because there was a room ready! When I asked about changing rooms, I asked if all of the rooms were this tiny. The desk guy said 'All of the rooms are the same size.' An outright lie. Several of our friends checked in on Friday and had much more spacious rooms, with couches, etc. Even our desk chair was a cheap wooden kitchen chair- not even a desk chair!

Thank goodness for our view...

Liked: The view was amazing!
Disliked: Very small rooms. Terrible lighting by sink area. The toilet is child size, maybe 1 1/2 feet tall. Only one elevator and ice machine. Overpriced drinks made with a shot level shot. Could hear neighbors talking and snoring through the walls. Charged a resort fee even though all amenities included were closed for the season.
