Liked: The hotel was beautiful inside, and customer service was wonderful from the door man to the staff at the check-in desk.

Liked: The facility was very nice. Impressive staff and availability of food/meals was good along with the atmosphere. I would stat here again.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking then having to walk around the building in order to check in and every time we wanted to leave. There were several entrances at the rear of the building, but all were dubbed "Employee Entrance" and we were told we HAD to walk around the building to enter. Lack of hot water for a shower was not good either. Also, there was an advertised price more than $100 less than what we had payed for the same room and we were not offered this offset at check in or even a food voucher.

Liked: We were very comfortable in our room, loved the layout and the quiet. The dining facilities were great with polite and professional staff there as well as at the front desk and valet.
