Wasted a lot of my...

Liked: Lovely property but in complete disarray and arguably mismanaged on many levels.
Disliked: I was transferred to four rooms due to A/C failures. The pool was out of service, food was sub-par. II could go on but I’d rather not.

Disappointing . Bar area always...

Liked: DreadfulWalk past empty pool and choose between freezing room or really hot outside Waited forty five minutes one morning Food very heavy . No really light options
Disliked: Food See above Staff very nice

Liked: Location, spacious rooms, building, bars, restaurants
Disliked: Nothing, only may be as a suggestion continental breakfast can be added to menu

Nice elegant unusual place to...

Liked: Beautiful classic architecture, super comfortable bed, modern remodel, waterside location, very nice staff, availability of room service, nice pool
Disliked: Food selection was limited and quality mediocre. LYout of the property is very confusing with multiple towers spewed out all over, each with own elevators (which are tiny) forcing you to navigate a labyrinth to get from one place to another for example from our room to the restaurant we had to take a set of stairs down (no ramp or ADA accommodation there that we could find) hike down a hallway then take a ticked away elevation back up to same level we started but in a different section of the property we couldn’t reach otherwise. And although the room was nice it wasn’t worth the approx $500 a night we paid

Liked: The room and staff were amazing, from the valet team, doorman, front desk staff, concierge (Kevin) and Vivian in the Vinoy Resort store who suggested an amazing place for dinner.
