Liked: Staff webt above and beyond as my daughter needed scissor and sellotape and thay let her use theres to wrap presents and staff was so friendly and its was warm and comfortable as well x
Disliked: Did find a couple of peices of glass on the bathroom floor near the door but just picked it up and put it in the bin x

Liked: As a kid this was the hotel in town. Returning for two days for family funeral decided to treat the family.
Disliked: On booking in reception late arrival time told us breakfast times which suited us and would be added to bill Ordered drink in bar and was then informed that there was no breakfast being served both Saturday and Friday Had we been. Informed that there was no catering I would have picked another hotel. Won’t be back room was breeze despite windows closed. If you want room serviced £10 extra No guides about area in rooms. Two bars with different tap drinks. Staff unfriendly heard reception moaning about us wanting breakfast. Once stayed in hotel with cut counters on bottom of toilet door to open against bed a lift that fitted one person an suprise at breakfast between what you ordered one got served and my daughter was convinced it must be a you’ve been framed type location it was comical how bad it was and I would visit that one again before returning to the vine
