Girls trip

Liked: You could not get a better location in Townsville. The rooms are dated but still beautiful. Hanging out by the Splash Bar was a highlight.

Disliked: I thought being a Casino the room there would be a sense of luxury in the room. No. I mean little things like the toilet seat slamming down was annoying, also the amount of chocolates and drinks for sale in the room reminded me of being in a 7 eleven store, and not even a free small bottle of drinking water?

Disliked: All I wanted was a relaxing bath after some really heavy going/stressful work and the plug wouldn't fit in the bath due to a screw sticking out through the middle of the waste trap. I knew there was no point ringing anyone as it was a maintenance issue with the bath and a new plug wouldn't have fitted either. Forgot to report it on checkout as was in a hurry but unfortunately it did overshadow what would have been an awesome stay.
