Mixed reactions

Liked: The unit & the location.
Disliked: The late check-in and early check-out times. I also did not appreciate being requested (via your pink hand-out) to load up the linens & take out the trash upon departure. Should a guest really be asked to do that when they do not own the unit?

Decent condo option with pluses...

Liked: The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen was clean with a window. The refrigerator is big. The stove is normal size. There is a garbage disposal. The balcony is large though dirty and dark.The bathroom was nice with dual vanities. For a couple of days stay there is ample room. Great location across from Loon Mountain ski resort. Easy access to The Kanc, the center of Lincoln and I-93.There is an outdoor and indoor pool. It would be nice if the outdoor pool was heated. There's also a sauna. This is a nice area to unwind when it isn't invaded by a ton of children or younger people (this depends on when you are staying in Lincoln).
Disliked: We personally found the place to be a bit dated. The windows and the glass sliding door were not cleaned and could possibly use replacement.We saw the hose leading to the gas fireplace on the floor under the baseboard. This should be addressed as I feel it is a safety issue. There was also what appeared to be small damage on the ceiling in the shower stall that must have resulted from some water leakage. This should also be addressed.For the money you pay they should modernize this development. There's also a large empty area that was once a couple of tennis courts. It is fenced off and barren and it was this same way when we stayed here a couple of years ago. So what's the plan with this barren area?We absolutely do NOT appreciate the 10 am checkout time. 11 am is customary and there are competitors that will even let you stay until noontime.Furthermore, we find the 4:00 pm check-in time to be a bit late in the day. 3 pm check in and 11 am check out is customary in the hospitality industry.

Very nice place to stay!

Liked: Location, pools, hot tub and how clean it was. I also like the new shower. The water pressure in the shower was great!
Disliked: Room was on 2nd floor and I have a bad hip. I should of requested a first floor, too many stairs.
