Liked: DISLIKED We were quoted $272.56 for our 2 night stay. At check-in the man told us he would be putting $300. on our credit card. Extra for "security" charge. This was to be refunded if we left the room in good condition. We left the room in excellent condition! Even left a tip for the housekeeper! When we checked out, he asked me for my email address. We have not heard from them and no refund on our credit card. I phoned and got a young girl who said that the manager would call us back... That was 10 days ago! Not good business practices!!

Second time staying here, this...

Liked: Excellent location. Nice room. Close to delicious Chinese take out, Tim’s and other take out places. Very close to Elora village and Gorge. Helpful friendly staff.
Disliked: This hotel is priced right. It provides everything you need for a comfortable night away from home.

Great Inn

Liked: The staff was very lovely and helpful when we arrived.The room was clean and large with a fridge and microwave.I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I would maybe like to see a hair dryer there. But it wasn't a big deal.
