Liked: The staff is very nice and helpful, good breakfast, close location to downtown
Disliked: The Bed and Pillows were very Firm, like a rock.

Liked: Room was clean and orderly - easily accessible and with a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Folks in the room across the hall were very noisy. Sound insulation between rooms could be better.

Liked: Close to where I was going, and it had a bed. THAT'S IT.
Disliked: There was no way to control the temperature in the room, because there was not thermostat in the room. The mini fridge did not work and smelled. The microwave did not work. No way to access wi-fi in the room. Took 10-15 minutes for hot water in the shower.

Beds terrible but for 79...

Liked: Staff was nice and was close to the Eagles club for concert.
Disliked: Beds were terrible. My wife and I could not even get a few hours of sleep. The rooms do not have a thermostat and we could not stop the hot air blowing into the room. Not a secure place as doors to the hallway do not lock or one did not even have a handle on it. We stayed one night arriving about 6 pm and leaving around 5 am. Would not recommend for anything but a quick one night stay.

Disliked: Shower leaked. Couldn't control heat, so got very hot.. No bath mat. No tissue.

Liked: Surprisingly nice and clean, accommodating, hospitable... Everything you could ask for in a hotel. Price was incredible!
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever. Even had Starbucks coffee in the morning. Excellent

Liked: The reviews I read were so disappointing. This place was so cozy and cute and everything was as listed. The staff was incredibly kind and answered all our questions. They had amazing breakfast choices in the morning. So close to the rave. I am definitely coming here again. This place is underrated and was a total steal!!!
