Good location

Liked: Nice and spacious room. Very near to Gloucester Road tube station. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Lifts under repair had to walk all the way up to 4th floor.

Liked: Great location within easy walking distance of museums, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and helpful, friendly staff. Greeted by everyone.
Disliked: The weather!!

London New Year 3 day...

Liked: Area was great.Close to, underground station, some take aways, some restaurants and a tesco espress. Very convenient. Clean hotelVery friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Even though it was a good price for the time of year and area, it was overpriced for accommodation. Lift had maintenance work, so we gad to climb a few sets of stairs every day and was on the top floor. The room was quite small.No mirror. The shower was very poor, both heat and water pressure. The sink was showing lots of cracks and the wall.The door didn't lock when closing it from outside. We had to fuss with the inside lock to get the outside to lock once the door closed. Otherwise, you could push the door back open from the outside. Windows Let all the noise in.
