A big surprise to find...

Liked: Location, design (superb sea facing balconies), room design-everything in the right place for travel, bathroom design, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast room overlooking sea, gluten-free options at breakfast.
Disliked: No “real” decaf coffee at breakfast, just powder.

This was our second stay...

Liked: Very comfortable room with balcony - would recommend. Good breakfast and nice bar/cafe area with comfortable seating. Very good staff in all areas. Short walk back into town and station. Right on the beach with a perfect view!
Disliked: Nothing not to like. We had a double side view with balcony and would have expected a fridge and maybe a free bottle of water given this is a 4 star hotel. Also not a great deal in the way of toiletries and no tissues. If this was remedied I would give it full marks.

Liked: •Exceptionally clean•Amazing customer service all around the hotel, nothing was too much trouble •Large, clean and comfortable bedroom•Great buffet breakfast with something for everyone•Bistro bar was really handy and we had 2 delicious meals there.•Despite breakfast being busy they still managed to get me some breakfast to my room as I was unwell.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect!
