Great breakfast pleasantly pleased look...
Liked: Staff very attentive made to feel relaxed and trusted. No mither room was very good and amenities well catered for within room and breakfast was great.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed probably could do with a refresh, a little lumpy so wasn't the best sleep but my husband said this is miner detail when had a lovely stay

Peace and quiet
Liked: A nice room with a sea view (room 7)Two chairs by the window, so depending on seating position you could either see the pier & Little Orme. Or the Promenade and mountains. The sound of the sea was very restful. It's only a short walk to the pier and promenade. Also just around the corner from the cable car station and short walk to the tram station. We luckily found a parking space right outsideThere are good places to eat on Mostyn Street, we had a lovely meal at the Irish Bar. The hotel also kindly says you can bring hot food back & make use of a space in the dining room.Breakfast was very generous and I really enjoyed the scrambled egg. You preorder what you would like for breakfast, forms are left in the lounge for you to fill in. I think this helped cut down waiting times the following morning. I was very surprised how quiet the seagulls were ( compared to Pembrokeshire). There was a visiting one, but he arrived mid morning and was mostly polite. We also visited Penderyn distillery and would recommend this as something different to do.Hosts were very welcoming. We stayed before (under previous ownership) and although I do find the steps up to the property a struggle, it's worth the climb. Made good use of the lift this time around.Lots of reading material provided in the lounge, along with an honesty bar. This and the terrace(in warmer weather) are a nice place to sit and unwind.
Disliked: It's a shame the Town Council doesn't push for the old pavilion to be restored as this does detract slightly from the view. Obviously this is isn't any fault of the hotel but I feel reviews should be honest.
