Liked: Location in the city was great. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a chore to get to my room on the eighth floor through the rabbit warren and the inhouse restaurant was overpriced.

Nice but prob wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Great location, close to shops and trains and trams etc.
Disliked: Bit run down and pool is very small. Received several emails to do online check in which never worked. Arrived at hotel early and was told we couldn’t check in so left bags but I wanted to speak to person in desk about something else and we could check in and room was available. Then received several emails to check out online, and again these never worked.

Liked: My husband and I stayed for just one night. We absolutely love this hotel.The staff are wonderful. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was so good the next morning. Looking forward to our next stay..

Liked: It is an effcient hotel. In the CBD.
Disliked: Please do not go there if you have a child in a pram. First of all most rooms are only accessible by stairs. As a mother alone with a baby, quite complex to handle. The stuff forgot to mention that. Then, if you leave something there forget about the fact that you will get it back!!!!!! You will be told its your responsibility. Of course it is. But, why does something disappear???????? Do not go there if you like it very clean. There is a reason why the picture of the hotel is taken from afar. It gives the appearance of being functionning, but in reality is not. Just like the cleaniless the elevator floors are dirty. So are the dark carpets. This is bad management on every level and people who are overworked.
