Liked: Very good. Plenty of choice good quality
Disliked: Complimentary bottled water would have been nice.

Great stay

Liked: Great location, great water pressure in the bathroom but most notably fantastic staff. So kind & helpful they really made the trip for us.
Disliked: Breakfast food ingredients were quite low quality, especially in comparison to the dinner we had there the night before. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room if possible and a slightly thicker duvet.

Overnight stay

Liked: Bar and restaurant lovely. Beds very comfortable and receptionist very welcoming

Bamburgh was a lovely, friendly...

Liked: Breakfast choice and speedy service was excellent. Receptionists very helpful.Room - comfortable bed but no hanging hooks on any doors eg bathroom nowhere to keep a robe. Good space in cloakroom cupboard just inside front door and chest of drawers but not convenient for a handbag, daysack, things like a camera in everyday use.
Disliked: Strong draught through deep side-facing window.Small clean white paper flakes on bathroom floor, possibly from toilet roll, when we arrived. Still there 3 days in. One remaining on last morning.An alarm clock of some sort to glance at would have been useful.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was amazing.The staff were attentive and very friendly and the food was 5 star.

Nicely appointed hotel , excellent...

Liked: Beautifully appointed rooms , if a little hot . We had requested a room that was not pet friendly due to allergies and they did everything to offer us one
Disliked: We felt that we weren’t welcome to stay in the bar after last orders .11pm on a Saturday night and all 8 women were in their rooms by 11.30 as we were told we had 10 minutes to drink our drinks .

Disliked: Didn’t like being pestered with emails from Booking.com asking the same question every day even though I replied to them.
