Liked: Daniel a staff member. He went above and beyond. He even offered to iron my sons shirts for the wedding. He took them away and was back with two ironed shirts. He was very polite kind and talkative. He needs a pay rise
Disliked: The bar was card only. Cash is FREEDOM. We need to still take cash.

Liked: Upset the steam room wasn’t switched on.It could have been turned on - staff didn’t want to manage it which I thought was odd ..Generally the staff were very friendly and professional..The receipt invoice for my stay did not match the cost I paid which is an accounting problem no one should have to deal with .That annoyed me !
