The hotel was nice. It's very clean; the staff is friendly. Great location - maybe that's why the price is so high. Valet Parking is an additional charge $39, yikes.

Liked: We loved the outdoor pool. Our breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from. Our rooms was well equipped and spacious.
Disliked: There was a party in a room across from our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the forced air heating system is quite loud during the night. There should be a covered area near the pool where you can leave clothes, bathrobes, and towels when it raining or snowing.

Liked: The location was fantastic. Breakfast that was included was a wonderful selection, waffles, pastries (not the pre packaged type), fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. I did not take advantage of the pool, but beautiful area with lights up and heated. Free water and coffee in the lobby 24/7.
Disliked: Thermostat does not truly let you change the temperature of the room (attempted to heat and did not work despite changing multiple settings). Room was a bit chilly due to this. The walls were pretty thin and though the record player in every room is a cool touch, it did mean hearing others playing music pretty consistently. Also, the first floor rooms you may hear shoveling at 6am (I understand the nature of keeping sidewalks clear in the snow though).

Can't wait to go back...

Liked: Great vibe, friendly staff. Lots of interesting memorabilia throughout the hallways. Nitro Coffee and waters available in the lobby 24hrs. Cool records to choose from when you enter to enjoy in your room.
Disliked: Record player's needle in the room needed repair and did not work; however, this was fixed quickly and we were able to enjoy great music!

Liked: There is a a RECORD PLAYER In every room! And you can pick from hundreds of records to play! It absolutely made the trip. Despite traveling for work, having records to play while I was working made it so much more fun. Definitely one of the most fun hotels I have ever stayed at. It was cute without being kitschy. They also had an amazing breakfast (read full size bakery quality pastries like chocolate croissants, waffles cooke to order, grab and go, etc.)Claudia was noted as the the housekeeper for my room and it was spotless.
Disliked: No microwaves in the rooms as a heads up.

Liked: I rarely write reviews for hotels, but my stay at Verb Hotel in Boston definitely deserves one. This was my first trip to the U.S., and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. THE VERB HOTEL EXCEDEED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS — from the wonderful atmosphere to the amazing staff and delicious breakfast. The rock’n’roll theme with vinyl records in every room made it even more special. The perfect choice for anyone visiting Boston! I really miss you guys there. Greetings from Ireland!
