The hotel was nice. It's very clean; the staff is friendly. Great location - maybe that's why the price is so high. Valet Parking is an additional charge $39, yikes.

Short two days in Boston

Liked: Great staff and facilities for a good price.Location was convenient for our downtown activities.Very clean and the music themed hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of free to use vinyl LP's.
Disliked: Nothing.

Quirky and retro hotel

Liked: This hotel is right behind Fenway Park, there are lots of restaurants and major attractions in the area.
Disliked: Parking is very limited and expensive! If you can't find a parking space they will send you to the garage across the street.

Liked: Overall the hotel and the personal were nice and helpful
Disliked: I paid for our stay before we arrive to the hotel, but when we checked in, they charged me additionally two more times, once for some kind touristic fee, and access to facilities of the hotel. I can not understand what kind of touristic or access to facilities there could be while it is winter and I do not need anything in the hotel except my room. Anyway, I did not like the overcharging. If i knew that there were many additional charges, I would not stay in that hotel. Also, parking is not free and you need to pay extra 70 USD every day. I guess it is general problem in Boston with parking. However, the hotel charged me Three days of parking while I stayed only for Two days. I call and made complain about it. I hope they will return my money.

Very nice Vibes at the...

Liked: The entire Vibe of the Verb is amazing. The entire facility was really clean (wonderful smell throughout), and we really enjoyed the location. Also, the turntable in our room was a nice bonus.
Disliked: Parking is either expensive (valet) or inconvenient (park in a garage nearby). I think we'll take the train in next time!

Liked: The staff were exceptional. Everybody was helpful and friendly knowledgeable. The vibe in the music and the coffee in the lounge was amazing.
Disliked: I had a wonderful time. There’s nothing I have to say in a negative way about the Verb. The weather was a little dicey in Boston, but I don’t think I can blame that on the Verb.
