The hotel was nice. It's very clean; the staff is friendly. Great location - maybe that's why the price is so high. Valet Parking is an additional charge $39, yikes.

Liked: MacKenzie and Alex made my birthday stay at The Verb unforgettable. They clearly love helping people celebrate—my name went up on the marquee, and I was officially crowned their “Rock Star of the Day.” I even got to sign a guitar for their permanent collection (yes, seriously!). Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm were phenomenal. They made me feel truly seen and celebrated. If you’re looking for a place where people go the extra mile just because they love what they do, this is it. You won’t be in pursuit of joy here—you’ll find it, right there in your backstage room, spinning vinyl and gazing out at Fenway Park, the heated pool (yes, even when it’s chilly!), or one of the nearby restaurants.

Liked: very clean and great value for location. no complaints on the room, the complimentary breakfast had a lot more options than expected (fresh smoothies, gf options, greek yogurt, etc), didn't get to take full advantage of the pool unfortunately as it was closed for cleaning.
