Liked: The staff were very attentive and helpful. The afternoon wine and art walk were incredible. The location is excellent with access to the walk along the bay and to Bay Street cafes and shops. King Street is an easy walk away.
Disliked: The rooms are uniquely decorated and renovated. The facility itself is obviously historical. As such, the rooms are not fancy, but are more than adequate. The price tends toward expensive.

Liked: This is a smaller, quiet, more intimate hotel. The staff was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The vibe is very unique and inviting.

Liked: This hotel was stunning! A feast for the eyes with a great location! The staff was always on hand with a smile and all the added little touches, like your morning delivery of pastries made our stay extra special! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
