Very good
Liked: Great location. Beautiful room, accommodated our request for a balcony. Fabulous views
Disliked: Asked for a loan of a phone charger….no call back to advise either way. Ideally should be USB points in the room.No decaf coffee….at all…..breakfast was a very poor show. Better selections at a Premier Inn

Dog and ev friendly spa...
Liked: Great to be connected to the spa. Valet parking was brilliant. Thanks for charging our ev! And our dog had a fantastic package and adaptations.

Fine but not great
Liked: Fairly central
Disliked: Needs better pillows - too lumpy. Upstairs bar is lacking something, just not that cosy or welcoming. Parking is a problem in Cambridge and this hotel is quite a walk to the Grand Arcade.

Disappointing and overpriced
Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal for attending a graduation ceremony. The view from the rooftop is fabulous, but it can be very chilly if there is any wind. Our room was smaller than I would expect for the price with very little room for two people to move around and only one chair. Not good for spending time in when not sleeping. Decor was disappointing and looked cheap. The worst thing was that the room overlooked a dark and dirty courtyard with rubbish and recycling bins (noisy). I am sure some rooms have great views but I would recommend checking this with the hotel before booking and paying over £200 room only for this. I don't think booking.com had the best price for this date, so I regret having gone nonrefundable before looking at the hotel's own website.
