Serious need of updating!

Liked: Loved the location and the check in staff were friendly. But that's about it.
Disliked: The room was filthy. The room had a lot of issues that made it a stressful stay with a baby. Cold water, leaky unusable bathroom upstairs, toilet wouldn't stop running before we even touched it and maintenance never came, there were drawers that wouldn't stay shut, tvs didn't work very well, paid for a kitchen room but couldn't even cook in it, Mouse traps throughout the facility that are kinda dangerous with small children. The room didn't have a crib when we arrived. Half the outletts didn't work. I think it was very expensive for what it was..

The hotel location was excellent...

Liked: did not use breakfast option
Disliked: Room was cold, found additional exit door and windows unlocked (room was on the bottom floor with external exit), exit door in adjacent corridor was left ajar multiple times (my room was next to this bottom floor exit door), a few room lights did not work.
