Excellent.

Liked: Excellent location. Lovely rooms exceptionally clean. Good in room facilities for making drinks/snacks.
Disliked: Breakfast choice was limited. Didn't see a restaurant. limited space on roof terrace. The hotel description does need to reflect the limited hotel catering and rooftop area (which is misleading from the details). The stay overall though was excellent due to off-site activities.

Liked: Location was fantastic, right on the square in the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed and clean.

Liked: Right in the city center, nice, spacious room, very attentive staff. Wonderful breakfast - delicious food, lovely rooftop terrace and extraordinary service.

Excellent for short stay in...

Liked: Very central - excellent value for money in February - charming staff, especially Avril in the breakfast room.
Disliked: It does suffer from a common Spanish problem - strange plumbing noises from neighbouring rooms ( but not during night )

Liked: It’s in a great location everything is on your doorstep literally. Right onto the square and cathedral. We had a suite so handy to have a fridge and kettle, coffee maker and sofa lots of storage space nice large shower and very clean. Staff we dealt with were all super, helpful and engaging .Andreas at breakfast shift was lovely a real morning tonic and made a great coffee ….an asset to the hotel experience. Great little terrace on roof to sit and ponder activities for day.
Disliked: The room windows go onto central shaft so room quite dark and we could see straight into room opposite bathroom so had to keep blind down … may be nice and cool in summer? Swimming pool is really tiny so more of a dip than anything else. May need to consider a thermostat on shower as kept going very very hot could be dangerous. Could do with a few extra plug sockets only 1 for whole kitchette area. It doesn’t really live up to your bigger 4 star hotels but it’s small and personable
