Liked: Location, breakfast and dinner room all amazing. Avril at breakfast time, was a great advert for the hotel and the reception staff always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air con difficult to work.Wifi didn’t work in room 301.

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location right next to the cathedral. Staff were friendly, rooms very large with good facilities.

Disliked: I felt the pool could have been heated a bit, it’s not a big pool. The staff on our first evening in the bar were very uninterested after the delightful breakfast staff we had met the same day

Beautiful and clean property, incredible...

Liked: The property is about as close to the action in old town Valencia as you can possibly get. As soon as you step out of the front door, the main square is 10 feet away, and the Metropolitan Cathedral is at the same end of the square on the other side. Everything in old town is within walking distance of this hotel. From the Central Mercado (approx. 5 minutes) to the Serranos Towers (approx. 5 minutes), you are really in the heart of the action.The rooftop restaurant/bar is also fantastic with an incredible view over the old city. The drinks were superb and the food very well made. Also, the hostess who was there when we arrived was one of the nicest hostesses I've ever come across in a hotel restaurant.The room was very new and had everything you could have asked for. From a very comfortable bathroom that was away from the bed area, to a table and chairs, microwave/oven combo, refrigerator, pod-based coffee machine, and a couch with coffee table and TV at the foot of the bed, it was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The amount of storage in the room was rather small. There was a small closet in the corner that extended to the cathedral ceilings but you really could only access the lower portion and the shelf above the clothes rod. Other than that, there were no drawers. There was a large table like space under the window which allowed us to store our luggage for easy access, but they could have halved the space there and added drawers to make it easier to access clothing.

Disliked: Only one minor inconvenience - there’s a coffee maker in the ‘kitchen’ but there’s no electric socket for it ! The only socket is the bedside lamp!
