Liked: Very serene, neat, affordable, top-notch and comfortable.
Disliked: The key holder was faulty. Everything else was on point.

Superb

Liked: A reasonable location around a mile from the train/bus station with various takeaways along the way (plus quite a few bus routes). Friendly host, decent curtains with the room being functional to use as a base.
Disliked: It was a bit of a maze of doors to reach the shared bathroom and the radiator in the room couldn't be turned fully off.
