Liked: Excellent location, and the hotel is very comfortable. The room is impeccably clean, maintained twice daily, and the restaurant is fantastic with terrific staff..
Disliked: We experienced an inconvenience with the overnight staff as they lock the restrooms at midnight and do not allow access. The lady at the front desk on a couple of nights was very rude when we asked her to unlock the restroom for us, and she refused in an unfriendly manner. This situation is completely unreasonable.

Liked: The hotel and rooms are stunning!I upgraded my room which was amazing. The bed was big and comfortable, the room had a luxurious touch. The bathroom was large and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The bedroom was a bit cold in the morning as the night was surprisingly cold. But there is an absolute nothing I did not like.
