Great stay at The Urban

Liked: The service from Ethan was amazing! He was a huge help Thursday night especially with the parking! The fitness center was awesome, and the room for it's small size packed a punch!
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: The location is great, lots of food, drink, fun all within walking distance.

More like a hostel than...

Liked: Parking on site.
Disliked: Rooms are TINY. Built like a micro-apartment rather than a hotel room. But emphasis on the micro part. Bed was tucked into a corner. There was a sink outside the bathroom. Walls were paper thin. Definitely needed a white noise machine. There was no common area bathroom. Had to walk to nearby Panera (where a homeless person was sleeping on the floor). Not a great area. Didn’t feel safe walking around. Perfect hotel for poor college students — more like a hostel. But not someplace I’d ever stay again given so many other great options closer to undergraduate campus.

Liked: No one answered messages. Couldn’t cancel or reschedule

Superb

Liked: The Urban is a clean, well appointed hotel for a stay very close to OSU. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops, OSU campus and the Schottenstein Center. Its awesome that they have a parking garage!

Poor communication. Don’t stay here

Disliked: Poor communication. Took more than 8 hours to get a response about problems with reservations.

Overall, would definitely choose this...

Liked: I loved the location as we were able to walk to the Shoe for our game. It was also walkable distance to many destinations in general. Convenient onsite parking as well.
Disliked: The bed could have been a little more comfortable. I know it’s a Murphy bed for practicality but the mattress honestly slept awful.

Superb

Liked: Location was convenient to walk to Ohio Stadium and local eateries
Disliked: A bit expensive for the tiny room
