Liked: Good location, clean and comfortable studio. Hot and powerful shower w9th a comfy bed. Did everything I needed it to for one night. Good location for bars and restaurants
Disliked: Room was small and hard to get around the hed without hitting TV mounted on wall

Exorbitant damage deposit required, expensive...

Liked: Property is located in a great spot, room is clean, and they offer a free beverage upon arrival if you’re that way inclined.
Disliked: Check in was not very smooth. My card was declined even though it’s what I used to book the room, furthermore the exorbitant damage deposit (an extra $250) required was also allocated to the card, so there shouldn’t have been any issues. In the end I used a digital Apple Pay card and this worked. The bathroom was not very clean there was an odd mark on the sink, the courtyard where the doors to the rooms face is very brightly lit (it is filled with fluorescent lighting) as such, there was light leaking in from the courtyard, it was very distracting after needing a good night’s rest.By early morning there was a cleaner knocking on all the doors every 15 minutes which woke me up every 15 minutes after trying to get back to sleep.The curtains were not blockout curtains and light leaked from the Street. The room is not very sound proofed, you will hear loud cars, and people from other rooms dotting around.
