Liked: Fantastic friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere and close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Road noise and noise from a late function below the room.

Comfy bed and friendly staff,...

Liked: The woman who met me as I arrived and who also served breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfy.
Disliked: The kettle could only be plugged in to a socket at floor level, which I wasn't happy about seeing as my dog was with me. Also the bathroom ceiling was covered in yellowish drips which looked about to fall so I didn't use the shower. Tip- don't paper the ceiling of your shower with woodchip wallpaper.
