Liked: Clean rooms. I rather fresh air than the air conditioner
Disliked: Windows don't open up enough. No GPO near the bed to charge my phone

Comfy and clean

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, I arrived early but was able to leave my bags and they were in my room waiting once able to check in. The lifts were out of service but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor, however, reception did offer to take my bags down should I wish. The location was great, and the hotel was quiet at night.

A great central location with...

Liked: The location is great and the access to cheaper parking was very important to us.
Disliked: It didn’t bother us but you need to know that the lift isn’t working while the renovation is happening. Someone will carry your bags but you still need to walk up and down the stairs.

Great location, nice hotel

Liked: Location was great, and the room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Although I’d received a message from the hotel to state that the fire stairwell was under construction, we arrived to find that the stairwell was complete and now the lift was under construction. While the staff were great and carried our luggage up to our floor, it was a bit of a surprise. Also we’d requested and were approved for a room with two separate beds but there was only one bed when we arrived.
