Liked: Staff were very professional and helpful
Disliked: We booked a queen size room and were disappointed at how small the room was There was no where to place our luggage other than on the floor space between the foot of the bed and the wall. To do this meant we would have to step over our bags to get from bed to bathroom and door. Our only option was for us change up to a family room at a charge of $140 which was ridiculous for the two of us just so we had space for our two regular size suitcases. For this reason we would not stay here again unfortunately as location is great and the staff were great too

Liked: Amazing location, lovely and comfortable rooms. An amazing hotel to come back and relax in. Staff were friendly and not pushy, and the cleaning staff always do an amazing job

A little noisy internally in...

Liked: Proximity to light rail public transport however wever they were on strike for 2 days and train station was about 700m away.
Disliked: Noise in apartment from aircon, fairly loud noises from people next door banging and having showers which occurred most mornings. A fairly high pitched whistling noise during night? We wore ear buds. Very small size of vanity basin. Bed was too soft and woke up with a sore back and every time you rolled over the movement affected other person in bed.Quite expensive despite staying 6 nights as it looked cheaper if you were able to book accommodation directly through hotel.
