Liked: The majority of staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: I was very disappointed to receive an update from the hotel shortly before my stay, informing me that all spa facilities would be closed for maintenance. I specifically chose this hotel for its spa, and without it, I would have booked a basic room closer to home. When I inquired, I was told that the spa was an add-on to the room booking. I believe that if a hotel is using spa facilities as a USP then I should not have been made to feel that I was being unreasonable expecting to be able to access them during my stay. Although I was offered a refund, it was too late to find alternative accommodations for a similar cost.Upon arrival, I was further disappointed to find twin beds in the room. I was with my partner, and we had to push the beds together, which kept separating during the night, making for an uncomfortable experience.

Disliked: If you like Netflix or Disney etc remember to take fire stick but no real dislikes at all

Liked: Absolutely stunning hotel. I am very fussy from the cleanliness point of view and there was nothing to complain about - very high standard of cleanliness. Beautiful rooms and great facilities.

Liked: Room was immaculate, very tidy, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and good facilities.
Disliked: Some of the spa facility were closed due to upgrades and a fridge in the room would have been useful.

Manager was rude, spa was...

Liked: I liked the bathroom. The gym was good. The deliver service was good. But it overall did not meet expectations when it's being advertised based on being a spa hotel and spa is not working.
Disliked: We booked this hotel because it had a spa with it. That is one of the big selling points. Spa was not in use the entire period of our stay so couldn't use it. Made our "spa getaway" a bit pointless. When asked if discount could be done the manager raised his voice at me. Not great.
