Liked: Amazing staff on the reception and on the front parking desk in first floor. Very good hotel restaurant. Situated at the beautiful place at the end of Waikiki Beach, by walking distance to everywhere.
Disliked: The room facilities were not worth the money. The strong humidity smell in the room. The door to the balcony could not be opened and closed. Same as the window curtain. The room was smaller than it looked on the photos. The bed was so soft for us.

Liked: This was the perfect hotel for what we expected. This was across the street from an amazing beach. There was plenty to do and see in walking distance. We booked this hotel for the location and proximity to the beach, and it did not disappoint. All staff I had interactions with were great! The beach immunities available were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Disliked: There were only a few issues, and I wouldn't hold them against the property. This is an older hotel. They state the rooms were updated recently, and they aren't old, but the building is dated. We didn't stay here to be at the newest and best. Our AC unit in the room froze at one point or backed up. The access panel is in the bathroom ceiling. Our first night it dripped a lot of water all over the bathroom and sink area. This was handled quickly the next morning when we realized what happened. Being from Arizona, I'm all too familiar with this happening from over working the unit, the drain just got backed up. This didn't impact the stay, or our enjoyment with our overall vacation, just an instance that happened.

Liked: Great location at quite end of Waikiki but with good bus links for getting around, just across from a protected part of the beach. View back along Waikiki beach from our balcony was great.
Disliked: No option for breakfast at the hotel, and lobby on the 3rd floor not particularly convenient. Balcony doors are only single glazed so could still hear Street noise in the room. Overall the building is a little dated.

Disliked: I left my car in the hotel parking lot with the permission of the valet for only 20 minutes to get my suitcase from the room and I had pay over $50 and that’s not fair!!
