Liked: The location was superb only a few minutes walk from Victoria station. The bathroom was clean and the shower nice and hot.
Disliked: The bedding was very thin and only one pillow.

Liked: The room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the lady who cleaned the rooms offered fresh towels each day. A very nice lady. Mr Patel who was on reception was very nice and helpful. I didn't want to pay online and he wasn't allowed to take our payment over the phone so he guaranteed the booking and trusted us to turn up. The shower was amazing!
Disliked: There was nothing i didn't particularly like. The room was small but comfortable.

Liked: A good location if you need to he near Victoria Railway Station. My room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Wifi dropped out numerous times but all was brilliant

Great and comfortable stay

Liked: The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. Very spacious too. It had everything we needed, good tea and coffee facilities etc. The bathroom was well stocked and clean, bed was extremely comfortable and after a long journey was perfect to relax in for me and my partner. In a good location not far from the coach station, easily accessible. Great value for money.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything we didn't like!

Liked: Close to Victoria and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Price at the time was cheaper than other alternatives in the same area. As shown on photos.
Disliked: Small room which was fine for me as a solo traveller but no chair for working at desk. No separate shampoo and conditioner - only body and hair wash. Although bedding clearly clean, some old stains

Disliked: Looked shoddy from the outside, had to go across the road to another property define reception and check in, tired and dingy, heating did not work in the room aren’t you needed to be a contortionist to be able to sit on the toilet?
