Disliked: Looked shoddy from the outside, had to go across the road to another property define reception and check in, tired and dingy, heating did not work in the room aren’t you needed to be a contortionist to be able to sit on the toilet?

Liked: The room was just as expected and pictured. It was clean and the bathroom was very clean. I have a fractured foot and they graciously changed me to a ground floor room. I forgot my ring at the property after checking out, they found it quickly and notified me they found it. I am thankful for such friendly and honest staff.
