Very comfortable, quirky old hotel,...

Liked: Lovely old hotel, very atmospheric. The staff were brilliant. My husband was unwell and we had to stay an extra night and they were very helpful.
Disliked: Parking can be tricky.

Gorgeous hotel

Liked: Absolutely brilliant! A gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous location! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade which was such a treat, thank you. The furnishings, comfy bed, river view, wonderful bathroom all added to our lovely visit. We will definitely be returning.

Liked: Location and historic charm of the hotel
Disliked: Evening meal was atrocious. Chef didn't even put potatoes on the plate and when they did arrive they were obviously from a batch cooked much earlier in the day.
