Excellent customer service, a relaxing...

Liked: A beautiful deluxe four poster room with a modern en-suite bathroom, all renovated to a high standard. Excellent food and of great quality it’s a great selection of wine.
Disliked: Parking at times may be a little difficult depending at what time you arrive.

Liked: Lovely room and so well decorated with some lovely touches. The Radio is a lovely touch, coming into the room with some lovely classical music.

Liked: Everything. The room was comfortable. The Staff were friendly and super helpful.Breakfast was delicious and efficient.Stay was extremely good value for money.

A disappointed stay in what...

Liked: Lovely building, great location and friendly helpful staff. Rooms were decorated nicely.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, dirty stained linen on beds and room not cleaned thoroughly. Also found nail clippings left in bathroom. Room was situated over food store/walk in fridges with staff accessing them loudly from 6.30am onwards.

Liked: Been there quite a few times over the last 16 months and we’ve stayed in some lovely rooms and done small rooms but all great!! The last one out in car park are the best, Stayed in both rooms facing river
